We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons.
Do you provide delivery and setup services?
Yes, we offer full delivery, setup, and teardown services as part of your rental package to make your event hassle-free.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve the South-Western Virginia area but can accommodate events within a 50-mile radius. Contact us for special requests.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% fee.
Can tents be customized with sides, flooring, or lighting?
Yes, we offer add-ons such as sidewalls, flooring options, and lighting to customize your tent setup.
Are your tents weather-resistant?
Our tents are designed to withstand typical weather conditions including rain and moderate wind, but we always monitor severe weather forecasts and communicate with clients accordingly.
How much space do I need for my tent?
The amount of space needed depends on the tent size and event setup. We can help you determine the right tent size based on your guest count and layout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
